Beginning the search

Our service begins with a thorough review of what you are looking for and why. For example:

In a family purchase, we need to take into all the aspects of family life – where you work, school, friends, aspirations. If an investment, returns and exit strategy have to be weighed up and considered.

We will then preview and shortlist properties that match your criteria.  If you don’t know where to start, we can even identify areas to launch your search.

Alternatively if you wish to purchase for investment purpose we will be able to guide you and give you expert knowledge of the current market and rental yields.

Arranging viewings

We arrange your viewings on your behalf and accompany you to visit these potential properties.

Sealing the deal

Once you have found your ideal property, we negotiate with the Vendor/Agents the best possible price for you and guide the purchase smoothly through to completion

We negotiate the very best price for your property.

We will also have access to Solicitor’s, Mortgage and financial advisors if you wish.

Fees

We charge just 1% of the agreed purchase price, payable only upon completion.
